Terribly rude service, deceitful, NOT AN ACTUAL AT&T STORE. You won't find any mention of it anywhere besides small font that says "AA" on the door. The outside has big a AT &T sign, the interior decoration is exactly like an AT&T store. When I wanted to return my phone due to some grifty stuff the clerk pointed at the door and said "Can you not read?" I said my guy, I make good money, you working at a fake AT&T store. AT&Ts customer service was extremely polite and helpful in finding solutions for me, please call them before going to any store and they will confirm if It's real or a gritter third party.

THIS STORE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER - IT"S A LIE! This store is absolutely horrendous. We walked in trying to escape a different phone company and ended up with perhaps an even worse one. We walked in with our iPhones ready to turn them in and be apart of AT&T. It took over 2 hours to fill out paperwork, wait for the transfer of numbers, etc. We left our phones with the agent and were told we would receive everything via email since we had been waiting for so long. We received our new phones but then later received a letter stating that we didn't qualify for the rebate since "we didn't hand in our old phones." Since then both the manager at the time and the person that helped us have been fired. We now are being tossed back and forth between the store and customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I switched from Verizon to AT&T back in October. Handed in both phones to get reimbursement payment from the balance total remaining from my Verizon account. You have to enter this info online to get reimbursement. I got a letter in the mail stating my phones were never mailed in...I turned them into the store. I call this store to follow up, the guy who worked there doesn't work there anymore and apparently it's a different manager working there now. Basically this store is a joke. Super unprofessional and if you want your phones stolen by all means go here... Thanks for nothing...wait I lied. Thanks for cheating me out of $1200.

showed up at 6:30pm to handle a quick and easy task, and the doors were locked with the chick inside signalling they were closed already. why waste peoples time when you could just change the hours on the website. im thinking these high caliber individuals just wanted to go home from work early.

Shirley the manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Would not recommend coming to this location. Was talking to her friend enjoying some serious chatter time as we were trying to take care of business. As a att customer i would expect better. I asked them to charge my phone as i was waiting for service and was told they do no charge phones. Rude and does not seem to care for her job
