The staff are knowledgeable and efficient! All my cellular needs are taken care of and they would be happy to assist you. Are you thinking of checking them out? Go ahead. The store is kept up so well and I have great laughs when I visit. The store is a place where you want to be. Have a great day!!!

I went into this store to see about switching my prepaid number to a postpaid number so that I could upgrade my iPhone. The website says to go into a store to do this. The guy working told me that I had to call customer care, but they were closed for the day so they couldn't help me. This was at 6:30pm PST - customer care closes between 9-10pm PST depending on which number you call. When I called, they told me numerous times that I had to go into a store and that they couldn't switch numbers over via phone. Good job, guys.

As almost always staff was very helpful. Even the new young sales assosiates. Selection of cell phones is not huge, but you can check beforehand, if they have some exact model or not. Generally I have good experience. Thanks.

This is the only ATT store I trust. The best employees must be selected for this store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So let me talk about my experience. I walked into the store and wasn't greeted by anyone. There were five AT&T people on the floor and only one was occupied helping a customer. The other four people were sitting at a table all on their phones. I had to approach the table they were at before one looked up at me and said "can we help you with something?" And I explained my issue and they exchanged looks with each other before finally someone stood up and offered to help. While I was being helped they barely looked up from the screen they were on and never once smiled or showed any kind of compassion. Every question I asked they just said "you should call customer care" and kept asking me questions about my account rather than looking it up. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do ANYTHING. Why work in customer service if you cant stand helping people? Will never go back to that location again.
