  Brittany and Deseria were fabulous ! They were very friendly and showed me how to back up all my stuff so I wouldn't loose it while moving to a new phone!! Great JOB !

  Sales agent lied to me about activating a SIM card I went in to buy a prepaid SIM to activate by myself online, because I am not stupid and I know how to switch carriers, and the sales agent told me he couldn’t sell one to me unless I let him activate it in the store. He said that was company policy. This made no sense to me but since he wouldn’t sell me the SIM, I left. I contacted AT&T via online chat a few minutes later and they confirmed that this is actually NOT company policy and that he should have sold me the SIM. All I can figure out is he wanted the credit or commission for activating my account, so he lied to me. That’s exactly the kind of salesperson behavior I was trying to avoid! Be careful at this store—the vibe is more like a used car lot than a respectable AT&T location.

  Brittany was awesome! Very knowledgeable and kind. I got a warm welcome and he used my name, which made me feel special. I received her undivided attention and there was no problem she couldn't help me with! She made me feel like my money was appreciated so I recommend all my friends and family to go and get 10/10 experience.
