  I walked into this AT&T store today during my lunch break and asked if iPhone X was available. Sales person very confidently said YES. About 40 minutes later when she was done getting and processing all my information for transferring my phone number from another carrier and for getting approved, she tells me that they don't have the iPhone X, but she can order it and it will arrive in about three days. Very infuriating. Will try Verizon.

  Katherine was my helper and made me buying my second iPhone a really fun and quick experience. She did all the work and I walked out with all my problems solved (Love this)

  This is the most horrible place .... the guys sitting there is not helpful at all . They don't know anything ... please avoid if you have some technical issue ... avoid it ...

  First of all, I am not currently a customer of AT&T. I told *Brian* this as I let people get ahead of me, for service. What I was requesting was a little/basic/neighborly tech support, re: a memory chip that I had purchased (also elsewhere). Brian understood the situation, easily figured out my device, and was glad to help. My issue was satisfactorily resolved, in short order. I will definitely think positively about AT&T, due to Brian being a great ambassador for his company and their brand.

  Buyer BEWARE: bought phones and set up plans twice. 1st time about a year ago upgraded 2 lines, and my plan went 60.00 more than the original estimate. Thought it was a rookie mistake, but it took 3 months to resolve. 2nd time was last week, another upgrade, my bill was by 80.00 higher then the original estimate. Called AT&T, turns out the sales rep lied about my contract. Definitely will not go there again.
