::We are 4 canadians who went to this AT&T for a 4 months prepaid plan. The employe was very helpfull and we get the lowest rate that we could have by combinating our account. We all appreciated our experience. We went in other cell phone store (other compagny) and AT&T was the best!

::When this customer “Elinor “was in store not only was she screaming to the top her lungs she was cursing and yelling. I’ve been a customer for years at this location. There was a manager on duty but the store didn’t have the phone in stock. Since this very rude individual didn’t get what she wants she throw a complete fit. Customer claims to be an adult never acted like one. Please don’t let this one unstable individual ruin the reputation of this wonderful staff. The rep that’s was attending her was amazing! Great customer service! Shame on you for even making up lies! Diamonique you were great and took her time with my questions and concerns please see her if anything is ever needed

::DO NOT GO HERE. There are no managers on duty for days at a time, so if you need help making a return or anything out of the ordinary don't count on any decent level of customer service. I am a 34 year old mom and these disrespectful customer service representatives called me a CHICK. Unbelievable. I will never go back. Corporate AT&T told me personally over the phone to leave this review. Dominique was nice, until I needed a return and then she was unhelpful, and RUDE. They are not Corporate, they are privately owned and can treat you like garbage. Good luck.
