  Horrible customer service. The staff is extremely rude and told me to just call AT&T and refuse to help me in anyway

  Worst company ever, careless about customerS,ripping offffff!!!!!I have been with a company for many years. For a past years I got 3 huuuugeeee monthly bills: $600, 400$, $300. First one I paid not even complaining, when came back from outside the USA from my father funeral, I didn't care about anything that time. 400$ and 300$ I got right in a row inAugust and September just because somehow they charged me for international calls. I always use Viber or FaceTime. But thru the FaceTime they charged me not only data but INTERNATIONAL RATES! Until I received my bills I haven't even know I have a possibility to come directly outside of US without any awareness of extra rate or special rate applied: on my plan I subscribe only for minutes, text, data. Not INTERNATIONAL CAlls. Att explained like in case of emergency I have to get acces to international calls! BUT tell me for what???? If I didn't want to activated this function why my calls still was going thru!!!

  The ladies at this store are gems and give a great service. Thank you for your hard work and genuine ability to assist the customers on a daily basis.

  Dumb and dumber. Made the issue worse. Not nice people, either. Actually couldn't find my home number as an account and didn't bother to look. Asked if I was sure I was with AT&T! Told me I had to call 611. Then undid my paperless billing for my cell account. In the middle of helping me, someone came in to pay a bill and I had to wait! Waste of time and energy. May leave AT&T because of these geniuses!
