  ESCASO CONOCIMIENTO Y PERJUICIO IMPLICITO El dia 31 de enero de 2018 solicite en la tienda de ATT un numero de telefono movil que pudiera usar fuera de los estados unidos. La persona que nos atendio, nos recomendo una linea de celular PRE-Pago. Me asignaron el numero 786 - 717-2144. Asi lo hicimos. Al dia siguiente me fui a mi pais, y la linea no esta activa. Despues de 2 horas de intentar comunicarme con Atencion al cliente pre-pago, me han informado que las LINEAS PRE PAGO NO ADMITEN ROAMING a menos que se tratara de Mexico o Canada. No estando en alguno de estos paises mi linea de movil es inservible. Con el animo de no sentirme estafada, me queda pensar que el empleado que me atendio no conoce el servicio que esta prestando y su recomendacion para resolver mi problema ha ocasionado que haya perdido mi dinero.

  Very poor job of setting expectations. We were told our Apple watches would arrive “in like two days bro”. First I’m not your bro, I’m a customer, speak like an adult. Second, don’t just make stuff up to get a sale. It’s now five days later and still no watches. Typical low quality miami service.

  I placed an online order with ATT the day before yesterday through another store but that store was closed and when I called the 1800 number and the miracle mile store to see what other options they can offer me they said to cancel the order and re-do it using the Miracle mile location because they had the phone I want in stock. I canceled the order and placed the order again but did not get a confirmation at all and no one picks up the phone over there so I decided to drive over because I am without a phone due to the storm and I am in a haste at this moment. When I get there I get taken care of by a women with long straight black hair wearing a grey shirt and black pants with no name tag. She takes my online order number and said there is nothing on her system and goes back to verify. When she arrives back she said there is nothing yet and that if I wanted I could re do the order again at the store, re check the credit and then call the 1800 number to cancel again because they can't cancel there but I would have to wait for the people ahead of me. When I ask her what is the waiting time she replies, I don't know. If I decided to wait till my order is processed instead of cancelling what is the expected time of arrival? She replies, I don't know. I called the 1800 number again to see what options I have and what else could I do. They want me to go back to the store to resolve the issue or CANCEL at the store because they can't do it. Remember I had cancelled over the phone the previous day and the store said they can't make cancellations. This company may have been a great company back in it's golden years but clearly at this moment it is run by unqualified primates or middle eastern call centers. Customer service is not their priority, their priority is to make the sale!

  Es un desastre el servicio de atención al cliente. Nunca me sentí tan humillado que el día que compre un S8. No me lo querían vender porque el plan que le pondría era prepago. No saben nada. Además no tienen ganas de trabajar. Con razón la tienda está siempre vacía.
