  Awesome associates but my new phone sux! And it's the friggin galaxy s9 and somehow I now can't send or receive videos in msg email or google

  If your going to this location, be prepared to wait a long time. My husband and I walked out after 30 min....they only had 2 other people in the store.

  The worst customer servce, very rude and uninterested to help.. anyway if you go thwre look for Brittany she is most helpful person there.

  St. Charles location response time slow, but service excellent (once you're called).
