  I went in today to try and get prepaid phone for my mother in law while she was here on holiday. This ended up being the worst idea ever. The guy asked me what I wanted and I told him.. I figured he would go get the phone ring it up, scan the box, and I would pay and leave. Nope, he went to put me on the list behind nine people. After waiting for half an hour to get a prepaid phone that already came with minutes, I walked across the street to Metro PCS. I was out of there in ten minutes with working phone. I spent more than I originally planned but was more than happy to do so because of the quick service. Just a suggestion to this store. If you want to stop from losing customers, stop trying to up sell people. If they know what they want just give it to them. You help more customers that way, have less walk outs, more return customers, and less negative reviews.

  called this store they said they had a special with $350 credit if I upgraded my phone. Wasn't able to get in but the same special was supposed to be running around the country. So when I was in California they told me the same thing over the phone so I got a phone that qualified for the trade-in. Ultimately I brought it in and I was in Cali in upgrading my phone then they told me it might only be worth $200 but I had to wait till the new phone came in. The new phone came in I went to the store in Miami again with it and they told me it was now worth $30. If they didn't have the best coverage in rural areas I would definitely not use this BS company. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and they tell you things without telling you the exceptions. And now they're just straight up telling me they can't on or something they told me three times

  This store is like the 9th layer of hell. Avoid it like the plague. Thankfully there is an authorized dealer on the west side of the island.

  Nice prepaids plans for tourists like ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Horrible experience, I went to this store to buy a prepaid phone (GoPhone) and the seller refused to sell me a prepaid phone, the seller would only sell me a prepaid phone if I signed a contract with them, I asked Why does Walmart sell it? and he answered me, go to Walmart, here you have to have a contract .. I called AT&T headquarters and they told me (IF YOU WANT TO BUY A PREPAYED TELEPHONE YOU CAN GO TO ANY AT&T STORE AND BUY IT WITHOUT MAKING CONTRACTS) this store now is under investigations for too many customer service complaints I have everything recorded in audio .. my recommendation STAY AWAY FROM THE AT&T STORE IN MIAMI BEACH (AT&T, 1601 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139)
