::Worst costumer service i have ever experience i been paying at&t 95 a month for past 11 months just happen to to walk in to one of their stores here on harbor and orangethorpe i walk in and get on the list sit for about 2 or 3 minutes and i look around then after a employee name Javier(don't like your job helping in costumer service cant help you NO NO NO.) basically cannot will not help you attitude so i ask for Manager it turns out worst he tells me basically we cant help you with your issue i told them i had insurance on the phone they ask me to go to i phone store and waste my time no more i say in my head am paying way to much for someone to tell me they cant help me for this matter i wish i can leave a 0 * review dont come here the manager basically says i dint make come and get the service or make you sigh you did with attitude say me taking his last name GONZALO am a prefered costumer having also internet i pay for i will be thinnking about switch do after this horrible experience.stop ripping people off and giving bad service

::Crooks with shady practices. I bought a watch with 6 payments on my bill, after that they are still charging "a subscrition" months after payoff. Att wont fix over the phone. i have to kill 2 hours of my life and GO INTO THE STORE to resolve......

::Jesus was my sales person. Nice guy got me in and out fairly quickly. I would recommend this location over an authorized retailer. If you only have access to Authorized Retailers I guess you gotta do what you gotta do but the official stores usually have more employees, stock and "deals".
