  Good corporate store, more options than a little branch off store. A man helped me waive my 500 dollar deposit! Which is great and always give great service when I’m there even when I go pay at the kiosk machine.

  Awful. Couldn’t buy phone service without them trying to trick me into buying something else every minute

  Very unprofessional. . walked in believing that i was switching to a better company.. Walked out with a headache and an issue that took 2 weeks to solve...very unhelpful and unsatisfying ...

  I went into the store activate a new phone, and the store reps were all concerned with personal conversations rather than assisting customers roaming about in the store. I was told to bring the phone back to transfer the old number to my new line and the store reps were no help at all. After the store representative left me at the counter, I left the store and end up calling AT&T doing myself. So if you are ready to buy a phone (and that's all) this is a good place to do it. If you require to conduct any other business find another AT&T store.
