  Do not use this store unless you know what you are doing: this is an "authorized retailer/reseller" which means they can and will charge you (arbitrary) fees as they like. For Example, in a "real" corporate AT&T store, there are no activiation or sim-card fee's on any Pre-Paid mobile plans. In this store they will charge you 20$. To get even more confusing, they will hook you up to some Direct TV Now thing (to get a discount on the arbitrary activation fee) - which has nothing todo with prepaid phone stuff. (Direct TV Now is also from AT&T, but totally not necessary for mobile plan).

  Top-notch Customer Service by Sebastian Vargas.(Store Manager). Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He makes switching phones a pleasure.He clearly explains every option. Don't sweat it out , Sebastian makes it easy, a breeze.Getting a phone should be fun. Highly recommended.

  My wife and I always have a laugh when we come here. The staff is hilarious if you can get along with them. Never had a problem with anything here. Always in-n-out as quick as can be.

  People who gave them 5 stars must be close friends. This is the worst customer service that I've ever had in Miami. I had a problem with my purchase and called like 10 times and each time they said that they will call me back. Then NOTHING. I call back ohhhh yesenia is in the toilet, she'll call you back" NO CALL BACK. I call back again "ohhhh Sebastian is having lunch, he will call you back. Nothing. I've been with no internet or tv in my house for 26 days. THANK YOU

  I had excellent service from Jesenia and Sebastian. 1034 on alton road has been the best at&t service I have recieved by far.
