  Great view! After waiting for our reserved table 45 minutes, were finally sat and served water. The waitress came 20 minutes after and asked what would we like to drink, but no one gave us wine or rinks menu. He brought it and left again. We spent another 20 minutes deciding whether or not to walk out until de decided to walk out on Saturday night at 10pm. Giving 1 star cause there is nothing less to give.

  I made a reservation to take my wife to this restaurant for Vanlentines day. I made my reservation weeks in advance, only to find out that they wanted to sit us in a Sh-ty table with no view. When we kindly asked to see if we could get a table with a view, they stated that they could not, yet the entire restaurant was empty. I would highly discourage you from ever going to this place. They are very rude and need to be trained properly. We ended up leaving and dining elsewhere. We refuse to give our business to someone that does not appreciate it.

  So much wrong, so looooong time I was so disappointed! My expectations were high due to the location and luxury of this place but... After a misunderstanding with my reservation, we had to wait for an hour and a half to be seated but not without having to complain because some other people were seated before us. Once inside we had to wait 40 more minutes to place the order (the place was virtually empty), they send a 2nd bread dish while 35 more Ok passed to get the appetizers; mine was excellent I must say but my companion’s was awful, a ceviche so supposedly fancy that its fish wasn’t even soaked in lemon juice, they just cover the fish with it. Main courses and dessert were okay, nothing to die for. I regret choosing this super luxury restaurant to celebrate an important date so much that I was going to leave the place for more then a couple of times. NOT RECOMMENDED.

  To begin with my reservation was for 9pm. I got there early and was seated by 850. Lets just say, I didn't get my ceaser salad until 950pm and the place was practically empty. As soon as the salad came I decided to put my order in for the tenderloin and you would think the timing it took get to us our entrée would be better it was worse. over 20 min after we finished our salads passed by before we even got the entre (TO GO!!) because we spent most of the time waiting to eat our food. The hostess gave me a flabby bar menu and sat us in the dining room. The food was okay but it was not worth the process we went through to get it. To top it all off they overcharged us and when I asked to see the menu and the receipt, and pointed it out to the waiter, he went back and attempted to fix it and there were items still over charged on the receipt. Needless to say I was not happy with the service and wont be returning back to this place. They even miraculously ran out of lobster!!

  The views are just beautiful. The feel to this restaurant is quite similar to an airport waiting lounge. A tad bit pricey for what you get. Overall satisfied.
