::Came in for a recall campaign which was fine. Also have been having a separate issue that I paid $150 for a diagnostic test only for them to tell me they couldn't find the issue. So that was like throwing away $150. Once I left, I thought Richie in service hadn't returned my warranty card so I called and left 2 messages to ask if he had it. Richie never returned my call so I had to drive back to the dealership to ask him in person. He replied that he gave it back to me, I then double checked and he did in fact give it back BUT how about NOT being rude and returning my call!! If he had just been courteous and returned my call I could've avoided a trip back there for no reason. I'm considering trading in my truck for a newer Jeep but it definitely won't be from Atlantic

::GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I went here because I thought I was getting the best deal. After short negotiations with a salesman that seemed confused by my, very straight forward questions, the manger smugly acted as if he was giving me his first born by leasing me a car for the price that I was quoted. When I went to follow-up with information about my car that I just, somewhat reluctantly, leased from them I was put on hold and got a run around. Turned out no one could help me because the salesman had been let go! No one contacted me and the manager didn't remember me two days later. Nice job everybody. To add insult to injury, my leased jeep virtually hasn't worked since the day I got it. Compounding this issue is the equally unapproachable service staff. You walk through the broken door into a run-down hallway and basically just stand in front of a plethora of staff members for an unreasonable amount of time until you are acknowledged. You then answer questions and give accounts the awful condition the car is in with what feels like skepticism with a sprinkle of unprofessionalism. I have brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee several times for the same issue and they have all been absolutely no help. The car is never fixed and I am burdening them when I ask for a loaner car because God forbid I get to work. It's embarrassing that they're still in business.

::Our sales representative Shameiqua Pittman could not have been nicer. She was always a pleasure to be with and made us feel so comfortable while we waited. She made us feel like we were sitting in her home having a great conversation all while leasing a car. I highly recommend you see her if you are at all interested in a car from Atlantic.

::Update: dealer called me and Chrysler covered full cost of repair/new hood. Quick turn around and I am pleased with work. They even provided me with a loaner. Only 4 stars due to the initial problems but everyone in service was professional and nice Very poor recent experience. After purchasing my vehicle and servicing my vehicle at Atlantic Chrysler for years I am very disappointed to report a horrible servicing issue. Minor rust is developing under my hood of my 3 yrs old vehicle. Brought vehicle into and service agreed with my concern and took photos to submit to Chrysler to review and evaluate. Said they would get back to me shortly with an update. 2 weeks - no update. Called and spoke with service. They apologized, remembered my car/the issue/the photos and said they would get right on it and get back to me. That was the last I heard. Follow email to Atlantic - no response! Recently sent email complaint on Atlantic servicing department to Chrysler headquarters. Hoping they will show some customer service and respond. Atlantic has lost a customer. If you don't care enough to return calls and help a loyal customer with a problem with Chrysler, why would I do business again with them! My nex new car won't be from Atlantic! They are great until a problem arises then they won't even deal with you or call you back. Apparently customer service and loyalty means nothing to them. Don't do business with them!
