  Best place to get your uniform or equipment. Gary Sr and Gary Jr are the best. Uniforms are always ready when promised. Best customer service around.

  As a precursor, the average person won't bother leaving a review if they are satisfied. You only really see the negative ones or really pleasant ones. I have been there twice this week for academy fitting and I was met with very courteous and professional staff. They make sure to greet and try to help any walk-ins and will dedicate their time to help you. I would always recommend coming during slow periods especially if getting fitted since expecting full attention when the place has a handful of customers is unreasonable. It helps to call ahead of time to confirm they are stocked with the equipment or clothing you need. Also, I find complaints about poor quality unrealistic. They simply carry your common names and if it is anyone that should receive quality complaints it is the companies that make the product. Their prices are reasonable and custom work is done in a timely fashion as long as you don't hit busy periods like academy inductions when they get increased traffic.

  Very unprofessional all they want to do is take your Money and not care about if your equipment ok. Stay away other places actually go the extra mile unlike people here. The were very rude and they over price there product you can go somewhere else Payless and get more from money. I refuse to return here.

  Ordered custom name tapes for my uniform. I was told they would call me when they came in. They didnt. Then i was told they would sew them on once they came in. When i brought my shirts in to have it put on they told me it could take up to a FEW MONTHS since they are busy. Thats ridiculous. I went up the street and had them sewn on at a dry cleaner and it took 15 minutes. Go elsewhere

  This is a very late review, but still an accurate one in my eyes. They have great quality products, but the quality of service is subpar to say the least. Went to get the measurements, and requested a 15.5 neck, which the gentleman measuring acknowledged, a few weeks later I get the shirts and the neck size was a 15, which is half a size too small. I go in to the store and confront the clerk, who happened to be the same guy that measured me and signed my receipt, and he denied having ever done it. The manager was standing a foot away and didn't even lookup. I was offered a suggestion of collar extenders, of which they were all out of, and to top it all off, the stitching on the patches was horribly done. Not a professional job at all, the stitching went over the patch in several areas, and
