  The Service Department is great! I have been dealing with Alyssa and she is always pleasant and friendly. They offer free shuttle service back to and from your home or work and they also washed my car for me when I brought my car in for warranty work. One of the best experiences from a service center I have ever had.

  Terrible service. Although the cars themselves are not bad, the staff provided poor customer service. The day I purchased my vehicle they told me they would sort out all the paper work with my insurance. It has been a week later and my insurance has yet to receive any paper work from them. Furthermore, I have been trying for the past week to communicate with them about this issue, but I kept getting put on hold. It is ridiculous how much work I needed to go through to finally get someone competent on the line. However, even after assuring me that the paperwork would be submitted by the end of the day, it was not. When I called back, I was forwarded to voicemail. I have left several messages and someone from this agency has yet to call me back. WARNING to anyone considering buying from this place, be prepare to wait an incredibly long amount of time and not get any of your requests met. These people took a simple task and turned it into a frustrating experience. I will NOT be returning.

  Just purchased my 6th vehicle from Atlantic over the last 25 years. Sales experience couldn't be better. I've comparison shopped in the past, and I'm confident they will give you pretty much their best price without playing games. Their service department has been bad in the past. I've tried to avoid it except for warranty repairs. The last straw was cross-threading my oil filter. I'll be going back with the latest vehicle. Hopefully, they've improved.

  If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend purchasing from Atlantic Hyundai. When there, see Sam! He will make the experience painless, quick and a pleasure. We test drove the 2018 Tucson Value model and decided to lease it on the spot. There was no pressure...we just love the way it looks, rides and the price was excellent compared to other SUVs.   What can you say! The “truth” is not in their vocabulary. Brought my car in for a repair that should’ve taken about 30 minutes. Six days later I still don’t have my car back ! The first day they called me and said my car was completed. When I got home I checked and the same broken part was on the car. I brought it back the next day. It’s was there all day no one ever called. When I got a hold of the service writer he said they didn’t have the part. He informed me the part would arrive in two days and I would get my car back then. I called two days later because no one called me back. They said my car was not done and no one was available, they would have someone get back to me. No one called again. So now day five I called once again. My service writer was not available someone will get back to me. Five hours later I had not yet received a return phone call. I called back again got another service writer who informed me that my car repair was not yet completed. So that leaves me with a “guarantee” from my third service writer that my car will be completed by tomorrow afternoon, day 6. 30 min repair 6days without a car. I have either leased or purchased several cars from Atlantic. Tired of horrific service department. I’ll buy my cars elsewhere!
