  Terrible customer service. I brought in 3 pairs of pants to be patched and was honestly amazed at how bad the work was. I went back to let them know I wasn't satisfied with the work and to try to find a resolution or get a refund. Even after the tailor said he COULD NOT fix the work up to the standard i was requesting (a standard of work I have had done at other places) a man who I'm guessing was the owner repeatedly told me that if i leave the pants the tailor would fix them again. Why would I leave them when the tailor already said he can't do what I needed done?

  This place is awful. I asked if my dress could be hemmed by tomorrow night, when I dropped it off in the morning and the tailor rudely ignored me. He said he was too busy for that. Later that day I dropped off my work clothes and the next day they weren't even open. They were closed wth. They did not even put a sign outside. The manager said the machine was broken so they closed down for the whole day. Clearly all the other customers who stoped by to pick up their dry cleaning and myself did not get the memo. Never again. If I could I would give it 0 stars, awful.

  You know I was just looking at what time this place opens in the morning and I saw some of the post. I must say it bothered me enough to write this. I have been in Freeport for 10 years now, it is the most diverse community I feel in Nassau County and every business I go into I've never felt unwanted or uneasy, and that holds true for business that are not my same ethnicity. This place has done thousands of articles of clothing and has never messed anything up and in my mind well that's worth it, in addition I have never been treated poorly, just look at the business you probably have 4/5 nationalities working there out of 6 employees, give me a break.

  I've been using this place for years and never had one single bad visit. The owner always greets with a smile any time I see him, as well as the other staff. They do a great job and the cost is reasonable. This cleaners is in the right place, and recommend it to anyone who is thinking of using it.

  I highly recommend Atlantic Dry Cleaners. It is a friendly local business that provides great customer service and reasonable prices.
