  Absolutely amazing experience. I am not sure I have ever been to a Government office where the staff clearly wants to go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Great group of folks and I wish more places were run as well as they are.

  I had an appointment that I made online. I followed their recommendation to arrive 15 minutes early to get through security... but actually ended up getting there about 25 minutes early. After going through each “step” of the passport process, I was walking out with a smile on my face and it was only 4 minutes past my original appointment time. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I interacted with was warm and friendly. I was able to get my passport the following day for only a $60 expedite fee with proof of my immediate travel plans. I can’t speak highly enough about this facility.

  I cannot express how easy it was to get my passport. The overall atmosphere was amazing. The attitudes of the people working there were calm and attentive. I read a couple of the bad reviews and honestly it seems like stupidity on those peoples part. Seriously, a person complains about $17 parking in a city? I parked on the street for $2 three blocks away and walked. Another person said the security guards are on a power trip? No. You just have to be calm and polite. Seriously, I cannot express the poaitive experience I had here enough. I scheduled online, showed up and was in-and-out in fifteen minutes. Now just to drive five hours...

  I had an incredible experience. The staff and security was great. Everyone was upbeat, positive, kind, knowledgeable, and polite. I was blown away at the speed I got in an and out there. This is my first passport, but I have IDs from many different government agencies and this is the best ever.

  Hands down, the most efficient and friendly government service you will ever run into. I turned to them when I realized that I never applied for a US passport-A WEEK prior to my international flight. (Yes I was a dummy.) I freaked out when I read online that the process usually would take 3 weeks or so, and I called the agency in full panic mode. The officer on the phone helped me promptly without judging me at all--and gave me advice on how to get a shot at carrying this mission impossible, since all the appointments leading up to my departure date were booked. Thank goodness someone dropped his/her appointment, so I snatched it and the rest is history. The officers saw how urgent my case was and arranged for me to pick up the passport two days before I flew. I truly appreciate how helpful all the staff were. Thank you!
