I love ATI, I loved them when they were Ideal Physical Therapy. Chad, Hector, Jared, and much of the other staff were amazing and fun to do therapy with. Unfortunately, I had to cut ties with this particular office due to my fear for my safety. Yolanda, who has a relationship with both my ex boyfriend - whom I have a restraining order against - and his little brother, made me feel too uncomfortable to continue to seek therapy from that particular clinic. When I asked her about this connection, she lied. There were also other strange goings ons. Like the TENS unit. The TENS unit, the day she put it on me, pulsed like a heart beat. I'd never had a pulsing TENS unit before, and never had it since. When I asked a member of the new ATI office I began going to if the pulsing function was frequently used, she said, "No, they're usually pre-set." I've also never had any of the Physical Therapists put the TENS unit on me. Most all the times I've had the assistants put the TENS unit on me. The TENS unit also hurt once I'd seen Yolanda. I did not see her for the first visit or two. Once I'd had my first treatment with Yolanda the TENS unit felt like I was actually being electrocuted. It felt sharp and painful and was not typical. (Once I switched offices, it did not feel painful, at all.) My ex is involved with hackers. Amazing hackers. When I was in the clinic for my first visit with Yolanda, the internet connection for the whole clinic went down right after Yolanda left the room. She came back, and the clinic came back online after a bit. It was bizarre and very, very coincidental. Her focus on me made me uneasy, in general. At one point she was standing behind Chad (whom was assigned to me) staring at me with her laptop, and her phone propped on the shelf below the standing desk. Only after another client had said "I'm waiting!..." did her focus change and she continued to proceed with her actual job. She also asked me if I remembered her. I had not, at the time, I had been through a lot, all things considered. When I responded that I didn't remember her, she said, "Good". An employee of ATI had written in my file for ATI that I was a certified massage therapist, when I've never claimed to be and, in fact, am not. There were also in my profile bizarre ideals written based on Nietzsche's Ubermensch. Very, very strange. Both Yolanda and the psychopath's little brother somehow think I was using the full grown man I had supported for months/years on end - to the tune of even driving him to work and being moral support after he was fired twice, no excuse me three times, for inappropriate behavior. She supports men, no matter their motives, apparently. When I was living with/being held hostage by my obsessed psychopath, he told me Yolanda didn't like me. I didn't even remember who Yolanda was. I was then reminded she was the therapist with the magic hands. When I stated I didn't care what some physical therapist whom I didn't know at all thought of me, he stated that I should, because she thought I was disgusting and could effect my life. How could my physical therapist effect my life? Unless they wrote lies about my vocation and backed said obsessed psychopaths in order to help them harm me. Why did she help this person and his little brother? To retaliate, as there were criminal charges that were filed against this psychopath for not letting me leave his house as he was carving into this wrist and threatening to stab me with broken bottles and punching me in my car while I drove him to the er after he broke into my car and wouldn't leave. Not only have I been punched in the face, he has also destroyed my rib cartilage and permanently damaged my hand, in addition to the negative mental side effects of being sexually and physically abused, and having one's life threatened. Apparently, raping and abusing and trying to kill someone isn't as offensive as calling the police to protect yourself from further harm, according to Yolanda.
