  The cashier didn't even bother to ask me if I was with Serve DC before she rung up my purchase. I just checked my credit card account & she has charged me twice for 1 pair of pants. The 1st was the original price of $93 for a pair of damn yoga/workout pants which is f'n insane. The 2nd charge was when I informed her that the price she charged me couldn't have included the 20% off the sales price. She said, "Oh well I didn't know because most of our shoppers aren't with them (Serve DC)." She proceeds to do what I assumed was calculating the discount & subtract the difference. No. She rang it up again as $70+ tax thus charging me twice. Now I feel that I don't even want the item being charged twice for it. That's $153 dollars for a pair of workout pants I purchased for my daughter that she very well may not be able to fit her due to her curvaceous body shape.

  Athleta is a bit pricey, but the quality of the clothes is great. The customer service is always great and the waiting area near the fitting room with crayons and coloring pages for kids is great!

  As any dad would trying to buy swimwear for his 16year old daughter I needed help! I got it from very understanding and friendly staff. All purchases a great success. Thanks!
