  This is the only restaurant I want to eat at when I'm in Lexington. My family has to force me to try different things. The gyro is just so simple and delicious that I wouldn't want to get anything else.

  A disappointment. Pita tasted freezer burned, lettuce seemed past it's prime, lamb burger not so great. Watched employees put fresh food on top of old food in serving containers (sanitation violation), and left fresh containers that should have been in refrigerated out on counter. Over priced and employee taking orders just seemed confused. Baklava was decent, though a bit heavy with the cloves. No return visit for me.

  This place is great! Low key, friendly, always great food, reasonable prices.

  I visited about 7 months while on business. Found this hidden gem along my traveling and it was so delicious! The gyros were too die for! If I ever around the area I will come back again for some more gyros!

  This Athenian Grill is so convenient to downtown. The food is excellent, as it is in every Athenian location. I particularly love the Baklava - which is some of the best I have ever had. My main complaint is there is literally no where to park. I get that it is Chevy Chase, but still. Chevy Chase is not as walkable as it used to be. Additionally, the store is pretty small so if you want a seat during lunch or dinner you better get there early. At the same time, they have some great outdoor seating for the fall and spring.
