  very rude. the guy even hung up on me.i didnt get my tax return for a year and they dont even help you.very bad service

  I will never ever go back to this place to have my income tax filed! Totally had a bad experience with Ms. Vania and her husband! After filing my income tax return, NY State sent me a letter requesting more info about my deductibles and etc, showed the letter to Mr. Otis the husband of Ms. Vania and assured me that he will take care of this matter and that I don't have to do anything about it. 3 months after, the state responded and gave a final decision. Instead of me expecting a refund from the state, they even made me owe from the state which is very disappointing due to the reason that I have not responded at all to the first letter they sent me which points out how irresponsible this couple are for not responding to the state. And within the 3-month period from the time I got the first letter from the state, Mr. Otis who is handling my case and filed my income tax return is not reachable at all times which is unacceptable. Ms. Vania the wife is not even accommodating on the phone like she is always in a hurry which shows no customer service. - Vincent from Manhattan, NY

  Great place to file your tax return, has been my tax payer for the last FIVE years. Very polite staff and always looking for their customers best interest.. I definitely recommend this place!!!
