  My review probably does not count. We moved into Astoria Projects when I was 3 years old.......I am 68 years old. We were the first occupants 27-05 1st Street, apt 6-H.....1st Street corner of 27th Avenue. Our view was of Gracie Mansion looking north and south. South was FDR Drive, UN Building and the Empire State building. North was the Brewery (Peils) and the FDR North. Further North was The Tri-Boro Bridge over Hells Kitchen. Directly across the street was a factory then the river. The boys from the projects used to swim in the East River, Chuckie Bowen drowned in that river. I am sorry it is not the same, nothing is, but I enjoyed my youth in Astoria Projects.

  Would be nice if they actually would implement the rules & people would have some consideration for their neighbor
