  Hands down the WORST customer service and company I have ever dealt with. Whoever is in charge should be fired! An hour and 15 minutes and they still aren't sending my replacement yet. After I was told my claim was completed and I had to call back. I will NEVER tell anyone to use this company. This place is a sham of a company and I hope they go out of business immediately.

  I cancelled my plan last month. At the beginning of the month, they said they will give me a refund never got it. But then I find out yesterday they took out money out of my account. So I am really upset I want my money back for both months. I am very very mad. I want my refund!!!!

  This company is the worst. The people answering the phone (when they answer after 45 min hold) are barely functional and sound like robots reading from a screen. They had our information incorrect for months, 3 times I called to fix it and they still had it wrong--causing delays in payments for doctor visit etc. Its been a full year and they still haven't correctly processed payments causing early termination and a real mess for me. Jennifer, CEO- you greedy bastard you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. But I am sure you don't give a crap and will get a nice christmas bonus for screwing sick people.
