Worst of the worst. They are dishonest liars who came to fix a problem, and instead created an electrical issue where there was not one before. They refuse to fix this problem, or answer phone calls. I wish there was an option to rate the 0 stars as these clowns deserve nothing but the worst ratings available. I think a blindfolded baby could put their hands in the panel they worked on and have more success. I hope their business folds, and they try another occupation, as in their case they need to quit their day job.

The people who came out were awful. They were personally rude and were overheard insulting us while we stepped out of the room. They did not solve the problem. I hope to never have them come to our home again.

Really pleasant, honest guys who took the time to explain the problem, which they were able to fix quite quickly. I'll definitely use them again!

These people are terrible. They came to my house ripped apart a $480 ceiling fan which used to have a remote that worked on it. I called them back and the owner was extremely rude and made all kinds of excuses as to why he ripped out my remote control unit. I called a real professional electrician who came out. He said that ripping out the remote control unit was not necessary. It is normal for fans to work with a light switch and a remote both. This company ruined our fan, was unprofessional, unresponsive for weeks to additional service requests through the home warranty company.

I had to call associated electric for my homeowners warranty, which was a sham too btw. They came out, took their fee, said I had to replace my service line. Then they lied to the warranty service causing me hours on the phone. When I enquiried why he told them a different story to me, he hung up and now refuses to answer my calls. Total waste of time and money. I hope he goes out of business.
