  They have horrible service and on more than one occasion have forgotten my prescriptions... Ive called 3 times,Currently been on hold 15 min total as of now smh 5 min a call before it automatically hands up. It's sad really. I'll be posting #screenshots of my call log for proof and will be reporting their establishment 👏💔

  This pharmacy is all about convenience and helping people out! I am very grateful for how knowledgeable and mindful the pharmacist is. They offer delivery to your front door at a time that is convenient for you and make every effort to accommodate your financial situation. Rather than pay for the copay in addition to other medical bills they take that into consideration and work with you! I hated waiting in line at HEB or walgreens for hours to pick up what I needed. Now as soon as my doctor sends the prescription they work on it right away and a friendly driver will deliver it to me or I can even pick it up at the pharmacy (which is conveniently located in the medical area!). I recommend this pharmacy because they will order what you need and go above and beyond to provide you with a good experience!

  I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 3 years now. I am really impressed with the level of customer service that they offer. I had a problem arise with my doctor’s office about prescription refills; both the pharmacist and the technicians really went out of their way to get the problem figured out even though it was not their problem in the first place. Thanks to the staff here the problem was resolved with little to no effort on my part. They really took care of me. The staff is very friendly and even recognizes me by name. They always have my prescriptions ready on time. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. I will continue to use this pharmacy in the future and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family.

  My mother is a diabetic and is always in need of her insulin. She usually goes to Lackland Airforce base to get her prescription but always has to travel far to get them. When she heard about American Specialty Pharmacy she told me to give them a call since they are much closer to her. I must say that she and I are so please at how fast and caring they are in helping her with her prescriptions. She was mostly happy with the delivery service that the young man who brought her medication was very kind and professional. From then on we have continued to use this pharmacy. They are very friendly in understanding patient's care and are fast in providing services to their customers. Great Job guys and thank you for all you do for my mom!
