  I purchased a Chinese medicine from the store on 3/5 and found the product was expired. I went back to the store on 3/6 to ask for an exchange (with my receipt). The staff refused exchange. She told me their products are not expired and the item I have is not from their store. The staff also said she can sue me. I was so sad and upset. I asked for surveillance video and I can prove I did not purchase any similar product at other places. She refused again. It's horrible experience.

  I like the snacks from this place, but will probably never go back. Bought chinese sausages advertised from Kent, WA but were clearly fake when I compared them to other packaging sold elsewhere. Even the sausage casings were plastic. Be very careful

  Don’t risk buying things here. Very rude staff , totally irresponsible for the product quality. You got something bad, you keep it . They don’t care about bad reputation or losing customers. Never seen any store does business like this. Disappointing.
