  I've taken my car here a few times now. They have always been friendly and straightforward. The price they quote is the price they charge. If the price goes up, they tell you about it and will show/explain exactly why. It's such a relief finding a mechanic you feel good about. Highly recommend.

  Make sure they can finish your car when they say they will (if the time they say sounds too good to be true, it is). When the guys tells you what exactly he will do to your car, make sure you get it in proper writing from him (it will come in handy later because they are not properly organized and forget what they were supposed to do). Once you get your car, have them show you everything that was done to it because they forget to do the things that they said they would. Be careful with the billing too, make sure everything has been done and they have showed you it works before you pay. And when you are paying, look at the details of the invoice before paying because they make mistakes there too and charge you for something they did not do.
