  Love Love Love the Team! The new manager Rita is very professional and funny. The team does a wonderful job, especially the maintenance team. Community looks amazing! Love the upgrades at the pool. Overall the best building and team in downtown Austin!

  I had the opportunity to meet this location professionally regarding our service and they have been fantastic. Each person I have met so far has been accommodating and helpful.

  As a corporate/temporary housing provider, we couldn't feel more at ease placing Residology clients in Ashton - gorgeous apartments and amazing staff!

  It was a fun and secure place to live. It can be noisy downtown facing side.

  Great location and loved our view of lake/river. Lived here for 18 mos. Overall the mgmt,and maintenance did a very good job. Jennifer in the office was in my opinion the weak link. She could use training in public relations. There is a huge disconnect here. Enjoyed my neighbors. Building housekeeping is excellent. Front desk is hit or miss. Sometimes there is no one available. Pool can be crazy on weekends but the Ashton was trying to control that with limiting guests. Some tenants did not abide by rule, using friends apts to sign in friends. Your move out will cost you hundreds of dollars regardless of how neat and clean you may be. If you don't pay for the buildings 500.00 clean then you have to pay for a proffesional carpet cleaner. Jennifer tried to charge us for pet stains.No pet was ever in our unit while we lived at the Ashton. If there were pet stains they were from a previous tenenant. Just be aware that it will cost you $$ to move out. The Ashton does not want to refund all your deposit. May want to consider your deposit as part of rent and prorate by month. Last thing to mention is mail and packages.Mailman Fantastic. We traveled a lot and when it came to packages some were misplaced. One package completely disappeared. The current property manager Rita was very nice,helpful,and approchable. When considering the Ashton just remember, All that glitters is not gold.
