::The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and were willing to go above and beyond and do whatever it took to make us happy and get us to a price point that was satisfying. At no point did we feel pressured and they were willing to even stay past closing hours to help us with are purchase. I believe our sales associate was Arie And the knowledge that he provided was top-notch including the service. We’ve shopped at multiple furniture outlets but always find are selves coming back to Ashley’s and will continue to come back here for future purchases.

::A wonderful experience all around! I always have a bit of anxiousness, when looking for a new car or new furniture. I like to have my own space to explore and shop, without people all over me, pushing me into their choices. This Ashley store proved to be the right choice for me. In particular, Juan Trejo and Romeo, were the perfect mixture of being there and available to me, yet, giving me the space I wanted to think things over. They were informative when I had questions, and witty with their approach. I was a bit away from home, out in the neighborhood visiting family, but will definitely come back here for my future needs!

::Went in to the Santa Ana Ashley Furniture location yesterday evening to purchase a sectional for my family. Walked into the store and was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Juan. He took the time out to find the size and the style that I was looking for. After spending 20 minutes with Juan, he help me find the perfect sectional. Not only was Juan courteous, friendly and professional, his product knowledge and customer service was amazing! I definitely will be coming back and will be recommending Juan and Ashley Furniture to my friends and family! Thank you Juan!
