::Worst service ever. I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday to be delivered. After 2 deliveries that they said no one was there to receive them and they left a note on the door...... they admitted that they attempted to deliver to the wrong address. So I had to be 3 states away knowing my daughter received no gift from me on her birthday. Then the following day I had to call again to see where the flowers were ? Finally they were delivered and they were some of the ugliest flowers I’ve ever seen in my life. I am truly embarrassed to have even sent these. I would never use this place again. Very very disappointed

::Extroadinary service and excellent quality! My teenage son waited until the last minute to tell us he was going to junior prom and needed a wrist corsage for his date. Ashland Addison could not have made it easier! They created a beautiful and unique corsage within my bonehead son’s budget. All over the phone - and even sent us a photo of it ahead of time. So impressed with this place!

::As usual, Ashland Addison Florist came through with two beautiful arrangements using oversized martini glasses for the vase. I have used them for years each time I need flowers. No matter the occasion, the flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered promptly. There is no match for consistent, high-quality service like Ashland Addison's!
