  My attorney recommended this company - we received a certified appraisal from them for settling an estate and everything went great. My attorney said that they go above and beyond - use 5 comparable sales in their analysis so that way it strengthens the appraisal in the eyes of the IRS and how most other companies don't do that. They were also very friendly and professional. I had a great experience using this company which is why I'm' writing this review, Thanks A&S!
