  We rearranged our schedules to have them come out to measure for a quote. They did not show up for the appointment. When I called them and asked where they were I was told they could not reach Jenna (the woman with whom I had made the appointment) but that they would have her call me as soon as they heard from her. She never called. A week later I called to inquire why they never showed up or called me and Jenna's response was just "it totally slipped my mind." When asked why she never even called me to apologize she said "she lost my number." So incredibly unprofessional on so many levels. We obviously won't be using them now.
