::Had a tuning from Ben Wasson, a fine, knowledgable and enthusiastic technician. Did a lovely tuning in record time on my new Yamaha U1 from Classic Pianos, and was more than happy to give me (a 1-4 hour-a-day player and piano teacher) some suggestions regarding the regulation and fine-tuning of the instrument for the future. From set-up to send-off the service was smooth and pleasant; will definitely be using Artisan again.
