  They yelled at me when I called. The lady was rude to me. When I asked to speak to the manager she wouldn't let me. She said she didn't care about my business and even swore at me. How can this happen in this day and age?!? I don't understand it. Don't let it happen to you. Call 1-800 flowers or any other service.

  You should never give this florist your business! They are unwilling to work with you and even scream and curse at paying customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would!

  All my mother wanted was to order flowers for her friend in new york. The person on the phone at Art of Flowers hung up on her. When my mother called back, the woman screamed at her that she didn't need her business and cursed her. I think my mother is a wonderful woman, as i'm sure everyone thinks about their moms, and she didn't deserve that, far from it. This is an inexcusable way to behave and you have embarrassed yourself and your profession. One star, would give them zero if i could.

  I don't understand how they can say "I don't care about your business" to customers, they were so rude to me.

  The rudest people ever. Never have I been treated so poorly. They just don't care.
