  ARS Rescue Rooter is a great company to use. The techs are efficient and the price is right. They always stand behind their warranty and provide top notch customer service. i highly recommend them :)

  Marcus did an excellent job installing my new water heater! He made the process so seamless and put my mind at ease. Then Scott came out because I had a leak under my sink. All he had to do was tighten a nut and I was so relieved.

  This is a great plumbing company. They fixed my issues and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

  I am writing on behalf of my 80 year old Aunt. She had a plumbing issue this week. She called at 2:00 pm and they did not show up until 10:10 that evening. They were there less than 15 minutes. One of the plumbers did not even get out of the car! She was charged $360 for unclogging her toilet! This is outrageous! She does not have a computer or smart phone to access the internet! It is terrible to take advantage of people, especially our senior citizens! I would never recommend this company!

  I am absolutely over the moon with the service I received on 3/3/18. I needed emergency help after hours and ARS Rescue Rooter responded so quickly with such an outstanding employee Mike W. I was in need of someone to help with a delicate situation that only a seasoned professional would be able to tackle. MIke W. is a true professional and is an asset to the company. It is truly a breath of fresh air to have dealt with Mike W. and ARS. They truly understand the meaning of customer service, professionalism and value for services rendered. I will refer this company to anyone that needs a Plumber. 6 stars out of 5!! Exceptional!!
