  Okay so out of the couple pawn shops I’ve been to, to sell some jewelry these guys were the most friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t remember his name for the life of me, but the owner I believe, well he made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. The other pawn shops I’ve been too either had no idea what they were talking about or They made me feel awkward about having to sell some jewelry. The whole staff is welcoming and kind. I now live all the way in Goodyear but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owner is definitely open minded and has a lot of experience dealing with types of golds, stones, etc.

  Great and very friendly service I've bought lots of my electronics from here and never had a problem . My satisfaction would be at a ten here , they always have good deals and have a vast varitey of product . I'd recommend this pawn shop to anyone whose interested to find a nice pawn shop near there area . Best pawnshop in the valley if you asked me .

  I love this place! Everyone that works there is super down to earth and all seem to communicate with each other well. I had placed an item on hold, and things kept coming up where I couldn't make it in. They still held it for me as long as I kept I'm contact with them. Just picked my item up last week. Really good prices and friendly staff! I will be back!

  This is a great place to buy and sell anything you have or want to have. You can really MAKE a deal, not just take what ever you can get. I have been there many times over the last decade and always had a good experience. They will haggle over price, but you always get a fair deal. Opinions are like some parts of the body, everyone has one. Someone brings in junk and cant get what they want they give a bad review, Some one gets a good deal they give you a good review, just the way it is. You can deal with them in an honest manor and be well treated no mater who you are or what you are trying to buy or sell. Before you make a big move with a buy, sale or a pawn you should give them a shot. You wont be sorry.

  This shop Arrow Pawn is the best Pawn shop I've ever been too, the knowledgeable staff working there are all more than willing to help you out with whatever questions (or help) you may have . And muscle man(Nate) will lift anything you may need loaded or unloaded. On top of that the Boss man Justin is the coolest dude ever. Just don't piss him or anybody else off there because they are nothing but kind enough to help you out with whatever you may need help with. They all give more than 110%! Like i said they are Very courteous and Cool! I will always stop here first and recommend this Pawn shop to anybody!
