  I went to Arris's hoping they could put a new notch in my leather belt. Not only was I greeted with a smile but when I asked how much it would be he said don't worry about it!

  I have gone to have shoes, belts or booties repair there. I won’t go back there, my shoes are never done the day they say they would be done. Very unprofessional, plus not good customer service. They really do not care about their clients.

  Brought a pair of tan brogues that look terrible. For a very modest price they ended up looking like new. Highly recommend.

  Loved that they able to get the stain out of my boots. The young man that helped me was very nice.
