  As always the guys at Around the Clock are professionals. I am not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. I have always had a good experience with Jay and his crew. When I first moved to Queens from Suffolk County Jay helped me out with selecting a secure lock and deadbolt for our new apartment. He and his crew are always patient and willing to go the extra mile. I am a do-it-yourselfer and they take the time to explain lock installation, provide tips and answer all my questions. Today they re-keyed a lock for me that I brought in to the shop. They made sure I didnt leave until I was happy. To me that is why I keep coming back after 16 years.

  Interesting experience...They will overcharge for service calls and provide no service. Do no expect much.
