  Fat guy who was the antithesis of the tactical culture needs to be a little less abrasive. I was blinded by the discourtesy so I can't comment on their stock.

  Excellent help from staff. They were all helpful and courteous. The store was organized, very clean and has a vast inventory that is all at great prices.

  I purchased items from this company but I found the items at a more convenient place. I attempted to cancel online but the site would not let me. So, I called ArmyNavyUSA at 11:20 am, which is 20 minutes after the office opened. I spoke to Rxx, the manager, to cancel the order. He stated that I could not cancel because the order had been processed. The item, however, was still in the warehouse but would be shipped in 20 minutes. My credit card purchased had not been completed. If I cancelled, the rep stated that I would then be charged a restocking fee. He was uncooperative. According to their online purchase policy, I should not be charged because the item had not been shipped or the credit card processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Ron stated that he was the only one. He was the one in charge. I did not receive email confirmation of the shipping until 12:06 pm. The body of the emailed message stated that the item had been shipped at 12:00 am that morning. This time contradicts the manager who said it was still in the warehous. In addition, the 12:00 am time in the shipped email was embedded in the document instead of a regular email. My suspicion was confirmed. The USPS tracking number indicated the shipping label was created but the item was in pre-shipment and waiting for pick-up as of 12:05 pm. Viewing numerous review websites, I noted that this unscrupulous cancellation policy for on line purchases is the norm for this company. This company is an internet purchase rip-off. So report it to the NY attorney general's Bureau of Internet & Technology for online purchases when you cannot cancel or do not receive your order.
