  I went in here shopping for some gifts for my wife, as a surprise for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised to find the sales staff were helpful unlike the prior times I had visited. The store is still messy but it’s gotten better and the sales beat out H&M for what you receive. I do feel like some of the prices need to come down as they offer normal items at the same price as CK but with half the selection and aren’t quite the same quality. The location in the Citadel Outlet chains is convenient though

  Great high quality clothing, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, well organized store, but the prices are just a little bit too expensive for me. I wish I could afford more of this stuff because it’s so nice but I’m ballin’ on a budget and just have to window shop most of the time when I’m in here.

  I bought a T-shirt then found that the size is too small for me when I came to change the size that the manager refused to change to another size. did not expect from this brand
