  I'm never home and live in a 2 bedroom duplex and I get a $200 water bill for one month?! What?! I have a baby in the house and they shut off my water even though I paid my balance! They're corrupt. The WORST water company I've EVER experienced! I've lived in dallas, Fort Worth, Crowley, etc but I've never experienced this horrible service and outrageous billing before in my life. Something needs to be done!

  The representative on the phone told me it better if I am home when they come but I don’t have too. But they didn’t turn on the water when they came because I wasn’t home and it was friday. Everytime you call them it more than 20 min wait. If people have another choice they wouldn’t pick the city water. Please improve your service so others don’t suffer anymore. Be ethical. Thank you!

  They over charge for everything. The water company alone is the reason why I'm moving out of Arlington. I've paid 300 dollars in two months for a water bill when I'm not even home! There's not a washer and dryer and the dishwasher is never used! I suspect something fraudulent is happening but what do I know. They make you pay a convenience fee for everything card account and cash. I don't understand how I get a 99.00 dollar statement. I go to pay and they say it's 103.00 with and additional 3.50 fee. So now it's no longer 99.00 it's actually 106.50. Where is that money going to because it is never explained. The staff is not properly educated and rude I've been told 3 different reasons why my bill is so high and why they cut it off every month. This place is a complete joke. Will someone please look into this because it's not right obviously there is a 1.5 star rating for a reason.....

  This company steals money from you!! Convenience fee. Paid online and it said did not submit, so resubmit and they take payment twice. Tried to stop payment on overage and they sent a letter charging me for stop payment. Kept both payments and charged me 25 dollars for stop payment. Then cut off my water because the bank cut off payment to them from previous theft. Then charged me another 44 dollars to turn my water back on. Convenience fee???? What a joke!!!
