  Best of it's kind in the Mid Cities if not all of DFW. Great owners and coaches. Excellent atmosphere. If you are looking to get fit and strong, this is the place to do it.

  Friendly crew and tight-knit community. Constantly offering free sessions for those who want to see what they're about. No sales push, just a good sweat session with people who know what they're talking about. If you're looking for someone to motivate you and push you to be better, I would highly recommend Arlington Strength.

  I’ve been going to Arlington Strength and Conditioning for a while now I can tell you hands down that this may be one of the best gyms in the world and the very best in Texas with out a doubt.. I’ve been competing in strongman for a year and the gym lacks nothing. It’s a power lifter, CrossFiter and strongman’s paradise. The gym is real resourceful. As a very sport specific athlete the gym always find a way to bring in the equipment needed for competition. But the best part of the gym would have to be the coach and the athletes that really make the heart of the gym. It’s a family of strength athletes who are always willing to lend a helping hand and spread knowledge. I’m proud to call Arlington Strength and Conditioning my home.

  I started this gym almost 3 months ago with no real knowledge on how to properly workout. I honestly only showed up because my friend was going to boot camp and wanted to start strength training. After the first day I was in love. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing. Everyone is really supportive and the classes are fun yet challenging. The thing I like the most is that it honestly doesn't matter on your skill level, you'll get the workout you need.

  Danny (the owner) is the best around. He works with athletes of all caliber, from professionals to people who have never walked in a gym before and everyone in between. There's no judgment at ASC, just hard work and support of like-minded individuals. I live 5 hours away but am coached by Danny and try to get to the gym at least once a month because the atmosphere cannot be beat. If you're looking for a premiere strength facility with the best owner, coaches, and patrons in Texas, ASC is where you need to be.
