  If I could give zero stars I would. The only friendly people are the security officers who scan your stuff. Terrible people who just want your money.

  I went in today to pay for a ticket. I admit it was my fault why I received it and had no problem paying for anything. I went in, in a good mood and patiently waited my turn in line. I sit down with a clerk and immediately she is rude. I wipe it off, not raising my tone of voice or being angry myself and still she stays with the attitude. As much as I wanted to have an attitude back with her I kept my patience. My visit today was very bad. I understand you work at a Municipal court house but not every customer you get is going to be rude. I'd appreciate a friendlier staff.

  The majority of whether you will like it here or not, is based on the following factors: Whether you got a ticket. Whether you feel like you shouldn't have the ticket in the first place, whether youre hangry, or whether you walk in with an attitude. Face it, you're not going to a day spa... you're going because you got a ticket. The place is run by human beings, so unfortunately, in your angry state, you will still have to deal with them. Sometimes those humans will be rude. Sometimes they will be nice and you'll perceive them as rude because you are unhappy. It's a run of the mill government place, and tickets are no fun, but the experience is as bad or as good as you make it.

  Even if you take care of a ticket they will send out a bright pink flyer announcing it with a bunch of threatening language, WITH NO ENVELOPE. What they do is technically not illegal, but we pay you to do your job, not be cynical a-holes.
