  They are a joke. If someone is a violator and they are cited they fail to identify why something occurred on paper but love to give you reasons they think it may have happened and even suggest you did it. My ceiling caved in 2 weeks ago. U reported it, and called them out for the review of all my ceilings since they were visibly worn, water damaged sloped and cracked. He falsified the report put in the wrong address, tries to clean it up with a full blown lie, because he called me right outside the door of my apartment so HE KNEW MY ADDRESS... fails to identify himself initially the first visit when my parents were present, blatantly ignores the visible water damaged rotted wood in the ceiling, the pictures I have or damp insulation fiberglass and asbestos ignored the other ceilings altogether the first visit too. Ignores the mildew smell and moisture in the home. And writes my ceiling falling in on me is an act of God instead so my insurance doesn't have to pay out my apartment complex can avoid liability and the management company probably paid him well to do so... I'm sure. The second visit he brings black woman I'm sure to make me feel better about things but she just runs behind him and still ignores the same things and tells them fix all the water damage, and leaves..says it almost looks like I pulled it down myself???!! Like what the what really?? I'm injured. But I pulled it down? I'm at church while the second portion fell but I'm responsible in his eyes? I still have not gotten a copy of the initial report I requested. Come to find out the after the second visit all that ceiling damage.. those caved in, water spotted ceilings the complex painted over ..claiming they werent water damaged were replaced magically.. in addition to my ceiling that caved in on me. Why would they replace ceilings if they weren't water damaged too? And if they were just nailed in as he claimed instead of screwed in why wouldnt they gut and replace the enture ceilings of the apartment instead of cut out parts ironically where the dents, buckles, slopes and painted over waterstains once were. The second report I'm going in person to get, better be right or I plan to personally see Steve Allen and James Triplett when I sue the City of Arlington for this mess and hold them liable for what has happened to me.

  these guys are the biggest douche bags ever! they try to write tickets for everything! there all crooks! the need to get a real job
