  I was told the next day they would have my tires but never got a call for days. I finally called and they said 9:00am the next morning. No call came. Finally they told me to come in and the wait was very long. They said an hour but it was almost triple that. They also upped the price of my tires because the manufacturer was offering a rebate of $40.00 so they upped my bill 40.00. Not cool.

  Service was good. I called ahead and set up a time, and when I got there they said it would take 45 mins. So I waited at the shop instead of having someone pick me up. Waited 3 hours. No issues with the work, everything went as planned. If anything, they did less work than anticipated. Still took 3 hours instead of 45 minutes.

  While I believe this business does quality work and their prices are fair, the last 3 appointments I have made, did not mean much to them. Each trip my car waited 90+ minutes before it was taken back. I don't mind waiting, but don't give me an 8 AM appointment and not take my vehicle in until 9:30 AM.

  Front desk and mechanics are fantastic!!! I couldn't ask for a better place to go. I trust there work. Prices are not outrageous & work performed is quality. The bonus is your not spending hours waiting.

  Arlington has always been great! Not only do I trust them with my personal car but also our companies fleet of vehicles. I had some very tricky issues with my vehicle that other places couldn’t figure out. Arlington spent the time to evaluate and figure out the problem and it was quickly fixed. The staff is friendly and always explains any issues and will talk out the solutions with you. They are very reasonably priced and consistently better than other places that I have been. I would highly recommend Arlington to anyone!
