  The staff was extremely helpful and gave me the proper knowledge to purchase the car of my dreams and I am so pleased with the 2010 BMW 650i that I purchased. I haven’t been this excited for a car in awhile. I spoke to a gentleman named Alan and he made me feel comfortable from the first phone call. Many car dealerships are out there just to get one over you but the staff at Arlington Auto Group were all genuine. I feel valued here and I will most definitely recommend them in the future to anybody who is looking to purchase a car.

  I was delighted with my first car buying experience. I was scared at first since It was my first time financing the vehicle. Georgio signed me up through a Penfed Credit Union and I received a such a great APR for my vehicle. This dealership stands one feet above all, they actually went out of their way and told me everything I needed to know about the Auto Loans.

  I was going to rate them 5 stars but after purchasing the car and giving then my hard earned money, I kept getting disgusted in them and regret purchasing the car. I purchased a bmw 745li, when we did the test drive everything seemed fine..the only thing I was concerned about was the BMW emblem missing in the rear of the car, my concerns disappeared when Al promised to get that to me the day of..turned out he didn't have one on hand so he said he would order one..cool. Only we didn't hear back from them until we returned to get an extension on our tags (for various reasons concerning getting the car to pass inspection). When we returned to get extension my husband and I brought up the emblem again....come to find out they didn't even order one. Al preceded to order us an emblem which was about $9. To ensure we would get it. I asked to get it mailed to us...gave them our address and everything....it's been another 20+ days and no emblem still ( it was expected to show within a week) the same day we bought the car, the flate tire pressure light came on...but no flat tire...(one reason we can't pass inspection) not even a week after purchasing the car the check engine light came on! We got oil to hopefully solve that issue, come to find out the drain plug was stripped....all we did was ask for advice on how to go about it but they,again, just over promise and under delivered by offering to get us some tools to help us out.....nothing came from that. its getting closer to our temporary tag expiration date, we haven't heard anything about those tools, we waited a week for someone to get back to us. Heard nothing...we called a couple times with no answer and no call back..so we went ahead to BMW of Alexandria spent over $700 for oil change and diagnostic and found out that an oil change isn't why our check engine light is on.... I want to return this car...or at least trade it out for one that can at least pass inspection so I can get the car freaking registered.... I'm not happy at all with my experience and purchase.

  Such a welcoming staff. I would like to thank JP for making my first car buying experience an easy task. Whole thing lasted no more than 20 minutes, I have received so many compliments on my first car.
