  They decided to show up and start hauling away heavy equipment right outside our bedroom window at 5:15am. Construction work cannot legally begin until 7am. When confronted about the noise violation, the employee made it clear that it wasn't his problem. Every phone number for ARK goes straight to a full voicemail. They apparently don't care about the communities they service.
