::This is the 5th rug I have purchased from Arizona Rug. Great quality, nice people working there (that aren't pushy, yet they answer all your questions), and great selection. They have a variety of price points which they will explain the different in rugs and prices. I prefer a wool rug instead of a silk rug since I have pets that would destroy a silk rug. I highly recommend them and I think you will find something you like here.

::We purchased a rug from Ed on the sales floor. Very good to work with, excellent advice, and great prices. He was a pleasure to work with! Jacob delivered the rug, helped me move a heavy couch off the old rug, laid out the mat underneath, rolled out the rug, made sure it was even, trimmed the mat so it wouldn't show, and helped me carry out the old rug. He was so very helpful and not a word about his next job or being in a hurry. Very satisfied customers!

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful but at no time did we feel pressured. Because it was a large rug, we chose to have it delivered. Delivery was right on time and very professional.
