Went there to get info on management courses and was not impressed. First of all being a place to get education necessary for employment you would think they would have someone there to talk to you about any questions you may have and guide you on what to do... instead you get a rude lady at the desk who replies to me by saying what do you want to know in a rude tone with an annoyed look on her face. Hopefully I can find another school thst offers the course I need to become an Alf ed because I am sure not picking here...

UPDATE 9/11/17 NO REFUND RECEIVED after 3 weeks. My plan was to complete both the phlebotomy course and EKG training with AMTI. I would have loved to review the course however, I was not able to get that far. I signed up for a ECG course. Paid $800 on a Friday around 7 am to start class the next day Saturday. When I did not receive the email with the course information to start the elearning portion, I contacted AMTI to inquire if they received my info and let them now I had not received class information. The response I received was that today (that Friday) was graduation day and someone will process your order some time today. 4 hours later, I did receive the email with info to login to the course along with more information about the learning portion. -->"Before your first day in the classroom, please complete the pre-class assignments, as this information will be covered on your first class exam. The flashcards are not required, but are available as study aids for all of the chapters in your textbook. Please be aware that the online assignments are graded and will contribute to your overall grade in the class. While you are on the AMTI eLearning site, please take some time to look over the many helpful tools and resources available to you to help you to be successful in your course. They are extensive and will make a difference in your success!"

This school made me feel like a huge inconvenience. There are required to be nice and ask you and tell you if you need help or whatever but it's mandatory for them to ask they don't care about your feelings they care about getting the next payment and class in. only a few staff were helpful they shouldn't be there. I'm just waiting fur them to tell me I can't take the exams or I need something else to pass. Huge lack of communication.

Arizona Medical Training Institute have only a few African American students attending there school. I was in a room with a Caucasian student on my first skill, they allow three tries for vitals. Only allowed me once, according to the Director. Who is very rude and snobby, but polite to Caucasian students. Flunked me , who have been a certified nurse assistant for 18 years in another state. I do not feel they are fair to African American students. I left on a medical leave , and they consider that my free retake. When retakes are for when you fail the course. They were rude to my 16 year old daughter when she came to pick me up from school. She did not feel welcomed and did not want me there . Someone need to check into it....Where are the African American Employees! There are none! Sometimes students learn better from their own culture and race. Maybe the would have a better chance of succeeding! Look into it! Whoever is over this school! Hire some African Americans!

It's nice getting through the program quickly. They are strict about the students distracting others but there is staff coming in and out constantly which is distracting. Also the lady in the front is VERY rude. Not just to me to everyone that has an encounter with her.
